For the second year I entered 3 images into the Bean Museum Photo Exhibition and came away with Second Place for A Tangerine Blue in the Landscape category and an Honorable Mention for Multitude at White Rock in the Man & Nature category.

> 05/12/2009 : Springville Museum's 85th Spring Salon

For the second year in a row, I had a photograph accepted into the Springville Museum of Art's 85th Annual Spring Salon. The show was even more competitive this year: only 253 works out of the 1,102 entries were chosen for display. The show runs through July 5th. The photograph accepted was "Ashen Flame".

I entered three images to the Bean Museum Photo Contest and Exhibition for the first time. I was delighted to find out that I won first place in the landscape category for "Ashen Flame", and I received an honorable mention for "Sandstone Sanctuary".
